This is an investment.
Not in the sense that it sounds expensive and needs justification. In the actual sense: what happens in this work compounds. The patterns you shift, the capacity you build, the relationship you develop with your own nervous system: these don’t depreciate. They grow with use.
That said, money is real and access matters. This page exists to be transparent about what things cost and honest about how we make them work across different financial realities.
Sliding scale and sponsorship are available. If the listed rate isn’t workable, reach out. You don’t need to make a case for your worthiness. We’ll talk honestly about what’s possible.
1:1 coaching fees

Single Session

One focused conversation. A real starting point, not a sales call. Good for people who want to feel the work before committing to more.
4-Session Package
Virtual • 4 × 60-minute sessions • $215 per session

Pathfinder Intensive

Two focused hours for someone ready to go deep on something specific. Built for people who know what they want to work on and are ready to move.
All coaching packages, including the Pathfinder Intensive, include the Be What You Need Somatic Awareness Guide and the full CREATE Reset course at no additional cost, plus discounts across the Field Guides library.
Your session is confirmed once booking, intake, and payment are complete.

$20 to $45 per session
Virtual • 90 minutes per session. Recurring cohorts of six sessions built around the CREATE framework. Sliding scale.

Performance & Creative Wellness
Scoped per project
Workshop and organizational training fees are scoped based on format, length, and number of participants. Financial instability is common in the arts and it shouldn’t be a barrier to this work.
The sliding scale exists because nervous system work should not be available only to people with disposable income.

Sliding scale rates are available for 1:1 coaching and Affinity Circles. Community sponsorships are also available: if you’re in a position to pay above the standard rate, you can contribute toward covering the cost for someone who can’t. You pay a little more, someone else pays a little less, and the work stays accessible.
If you need sponsored access, or want to contribute to it, reach out directly. No explanation required beyond what you’re comfortable sharing.
Package fees can be split into monthly payments at no additional cost.
If you want the 4 or 8 session package but need to spread the payments, reach out and we’ll set something up before your first session.
Payment plans are for packages only. Single sessions and the Pathfinder Intensive are paid at time of booking.
Coaching cannot be billed to insurance.
Affinity Pathfinder is a coaching practice, not a therapy practice. Coaching sessions cannot be billed to insurance and are not eligible for FSA or HSA reimbursement.
Worth naming clearly: coaching and therapy serve different needs and operate under different frameworks. Because coaching is not billed through insurance, there is no insurance authorization or insurance-based treatment plan involved in our work together. The focus is on patterns, capacity, and forward movement rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy when therapy is what’s needed. If you’re looking for licensed therapy that bills insurance, Affinity Counseling of Colorado is Erica’s separate therapy practice serving Colorado residents.
