WHAT THIS SECTION IS FOR

Three kinds of support. One through-line.

Not everything that helps looks like a coaching session. Some of the most important shifts happen between sessions, in the middle of a hard week, at your own pace, with the right tool in hand.

This section exists for those moments.

What you’ll find here falls into three categories: things I made, things I teach, and things I trust. They’re organized that way on purpose. The field guides and courses come from my own clinical work and years of sitting with people in their hardest moments. The curated resources come from decades of reading, training, and finding what actually holds up in practice.

All of it is organized around the same question: what actually helps?

Field Guides

Downloadable workbooks, guides, and tools for relationships, nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and the hard seasons. Practical things you can open in the middle of it and actually use.

The library is growing. New guides added regularly.

Courses

Self-paced learning built around the CREATE framework. Nervous system literacy, somatic practice, and honest language for what you’ve been carrying. For people who want to begin at their own pace.

The CREATE Reset course starts free.

THINGS I TRUST

Recommended somatic coaching resources

Books, tools, and external resources I actually use and return to. Not a comprehensive list. Not affiliate marketing. A curated selection of what I’ve found genuinely usefulacross nervous system science, attachment theory, somatic practice, relational healing, and the broader context of why we are the way we are.

If I’ve put something on this list, it’s because I’d recommend it to someone I care about.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START

Not sure where to start?

If you’re new to this work, the CREATE Reset course is often the right first step. Days 1 to 3 are free and give you a real felt sense of the framework before committing to anything more.

If you’re looking for something specific, the Field Guides are organized by theme: relationships, self-understanding, hard seasons, body and nervous system, and more.

If you want the live work rather than self-paced resources, the coaching services page is where that lives.
